Users can submit content to any of the website's User-based content submission sections, such as book reviews or author chats. By default, all those who use grant 3Caribous permanent, nonexclusive royalty-free rights to publish, alter, change, use, reproduce, translate, convert, and disseminate/distribute such.

Content in alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Users can submit content to any of the website's User-based content submission sections, such as book reviews or author chats. By default, all those who use grant 3Caribous permanent, nonexclusive royalty-free rights to publish, alter, change, use, reproduce, translate, convert, and disseminate/distribute such Content in alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

The Content may be viewed, downloaded, used, or reproduced for personal use by all those who use it.

3Caribous holds all rights to the content covered by this license, as well as any and all rights to content posted.

Third-party opinions, suggestions, services, offers, or other types of information, whether given by Providers or 3Caribous Users, fall under the authorization of their respective authors or distributors, not of 3Caribous or its associated people, servicemen or women, directorship, workers.

3Caribous, or anyone affiliated, such as marketing personnel, director, or 3rd-party content provider, worker, trader, merchant, or other 3Caribous User, offer no guarantees about the estimation, surety, wholeness, or usefulness of the content, nor its merchantability, market value, feasibility, or suitability for any particular purpose or set of usage.

The thoughts and evaluations of a Provider or Users who don't represent 3Caribous may be included in the content given by 3Caribous. Opinions, recommendations, or opinions expressed on 3Caribous by anyone other than 3Caribous employees are not sponsored by the company.

Users must evaluate 3Caribous' judgments, information, input, opinion, advice, and other items on their own.

When it comes to technology created in the United States, export and re- export regulations govern the export and re-export of data and software to nations and foreign persons.

3Caribous holds the exclusive right to expose any content or electronic communication in compliance with laws, regulations, or government requests; (ii) to manage 3Caribous; or (iii) to serve and defend 3Caribous, the Users, or Providers' rights or property.

3Caribous can ban or suspend activity, communication, or Content that may be deemed risky or damaging to individual Users, to 3Caribous, or to communities that comprise 3Caribous, or 3rd-party's rights. It may also act to prevent violations of any relevant law.

While this action may be stated, 3Caribous nor its Providers confirm or guarantee removal or deletion of any content immediately or as soon as it is posted online.

In line with this stated policy, neither 3Caribous nor its Providers/anyone affiliated, any 3Caribous officers, directorship, employees, agents/providers, shall assume liability regarding actions or inaction concerning communication, conduct, or content on 3Caribous.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY: Aligned with the terms set in this privacy policy, 3Caribous respects all those who use' privacy.

V. TERMINATION OF GE: - 3Caribous holds all rights to suspend/curtail a user's access, to parts or the entirety of 3Caribous, without prior notice, at 3Caribous' sole discretion, whether there is a legal violation cited or anything posted by a user that may be considered harmful to the interests of others, including third-party service vendors, or 3Caribous itself.

VI. GE BY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 - Underage visitors may not be prohibited from visiting the website. 3Caribous is compelled to depend on parents, guardians, and others in positions of responsibility to supervise children under 13 years of age to determine and discern among materials viewable or inappropriate are appropriate for such children to view and/or buy/purchase. (II) A MINOR (UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE WHO IS BUYING A PRODUCT VIA A 3CARIBOUS AUTHORIZED AFFILIATED PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS PARENTS, AS WELL AS GUARDIANS TO BOTH, MAKE PAYMENTS FOR GOODS YOU BOUGHT BY A MINOR AND SUBMIT VERIFIABLE DETAILS AND PERMISSION FOR THE MINOR TO BUY ITEMS ON OUR SITE AND COLLECTION BY 3CARIBOUS INCLUDING PARTICULAR INFORMATION ALIGNED WITH THE POINTS LAID OUT IN THE PRIVACY POLICY.

VII. APPLICABLE LAW: The 3caribous site has been established and managed by 3Caribous in Florida.

Florida is the state that applies to it and will govern disclaimers, notices, announcements, and T&C while obviating conflict or contradiction of laws. 3Caribous holds all rights to amend at any point in time its site alongside disclaimers and terms when they choose to do so.

Users hereby consent irrevocably and unconditionally to use the site and submit to the US and State of Florida's courts and jurisdiction for any legal issues or litigation arising from or pertaining to the use of or any purchase conducted via 3Caribous (while also agreeing not to initiate any litigation in relation thereto apart from such courts), waives all objections to the venue related to any such litigation in the Courts of Florida while also agreeing not to make any pleas or claim in Courts in Florida that such litigation brought therein is at an inconvenient forum.

VIII. SEVERABILITY - These Terms of Service are meant to be severable in nature.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be ineffective in that area to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the validity or what can be enforced depending on the remaining provisions of these Usage Terms in that jurisdiction.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT - The Terms and Conditions of Use, including any documents referred to herein, is the complete understanding between you and 3Caribous about your relationship with 3Caribous and replaces all earlier claims or representations.

BY ACCESSING AND MAKING USE OF THE 3Caribous WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO REMAIN Compelled BY THE USAGE TERMS, WHICH MAY BE MODIFIED AS DEEMED NECESSARY.
