We, at 3Caribous, promise to refund you in full if a product you receive from our side is defective. The following condition will apply to any refund request.

  • Your item should be returned in its original packaging.
  • We will refund the entire purchase price, excluding the shipping costs.
  • Our customers can return orders within ten days of purchase.
  • To get a refund merchandise authorization, please get in touch with our client support service department at
  • Additionally, you can contact the refund goods authorization department by calling 800-305-8279.
  • Our customer support representative provides the refund authorization.
  • You will be issued a Return Merchandise Registration code after you have requested a refund.
  • It takes 14 days maximum to return credit to be proceeded in your account.


  • We accept the returns only when you have the Return Authorization Number (RAN), else we have a right to reject the refund request.
  • We don't refund the delivery charges; we only refund the actual cost of the product.
  • We only accept the returns that are sent freight pre-paid.


  • 3Caribous is willing to accept custom orders; however, we are unable to take back refund requests for custom orders.
  • After we send a detailed description of the desired product to the customer, they approve it, and then the item is put into production.
  • Our company emphasizes to customers that every detail of the product must be reviewed before they approve it. If you miss any of the points mentioned, we will not be held accountable.


3Caribous works hard to get your products to you as soon as possible, which sets us apart from the competition. However, we'd like to let you know that after we've dispatched your purchase to its final destination, we won't be able to cancel it. After the order, the shipment order can only be refunded but not canceled. So, if you wish to cancel a purchase, please notify us as soon as possible before we begin the shipping process.
