Also, the normal cut-off time for blank products for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM according to your local time (dependent on stock and payment processing and approval).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED, AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
- Our aim is to ship out your order as quickly as we possibly can. Your products are shipped out from various locations that comprise 8 warehouses that cater to our customers nationwide. It may take anywhere between 1 to 3 business days for your items to reach you, which will rely on our stock availability. Also, do consider that shipping and your arrivals are dependent on observed holidays or carrier peak load periods.
- When we ship out your package, and it’s on its way, a tracking number for your package will be emailed to you. Bear in mind that it may take a while (24 hours) to appear on the carrier’s site, although the package will already be on its way. You can check your order status online with the My Account feature after approximately one business day after your order is placed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You can return 3Caribous products that you purchased with a full refund that will be minus the shipping charges should you be dissatisfied with what you have purchased.
The following points are important in this regard:
- Goods returned must have authorization through a 3Caribous customer service rep.
- Goods returned unaccompanied by a return authorization number will be rejected.
- There will be no refund for shipping charges.
- You must allow up to 14 business days for refund processing.
- Good returned must be dispatched with pre-paid freight.
Our priority at 3Caribous is to ship orders as soon as they come in. However, you can cancel your order prior to us shipping it out, and a return policy will not apply, as that only applies to your order if it has already been shipped.
Please note that custom decorated orders do not get canceled when they are client- approved, and production is underway.
